Nurse Care of North Carolina was founded in 2000 to meet the need for high-quality temporary staffing of nurses and nursing assistants in North Carolina.

Based in the Triangle area, Nurse Care of North Carolina serves individuals, hospitals, nursing homes, specialty clinics and home health clients.

Rausa McManus, RN, BSN, is founder and president. Her industry knowledge and experience set Nurse Care of North Carolina apart.

McManus leads a team of staffing specialists who take the time to understand the needs of nursing professionals and clients, and work to match them in ways that ensure extraordinary care.
